Please note that after the March General Meeting any renewal is subject to an initiation fee and suspension of club membership. Renewals not made by the March General Meeting result in termination and members are subject to a $30 fee to rejoin. For more information please refer to the Novato Horsemen By-laws.

All new members must attend an NHI general meeting and be voted in by the general membership. If a membership application is submitted by mail or at a cattle event, the applicant must attend an NHI general meeting within 60 days of the date the membership application is submitted, or the membership privileges and fees will be forfeited.

Generally, membership dues are payable January 1.  Dues unpaid after the February general membership meeting constitute suspension of membership and renewals are assessed a late fee of $10.00.  Dues unpaid after the March general meeting constitute resignation of membership and renewals are subject to the $30 initiation fee to rejoin.
