Facility Rental

FOR MEMBERS AND EQUESTRIAN EVENTS ONLY

2024 Rental Rates

  • All rentals require a $500 security deposit at time of Board approval

  • All fees are due 15 days after Board approval and prior to event

  • The $500 security deposit is non-refundable if reserved date is canceled fewer than 45 days prior to event.

  • Extenuating circumstances such as weather or illness or another pandemic will be taken into consideration for refunds!

EXCLUSIVE USE OF CLUBHOUSE AND PATIO:

(Member rates apply to members in good standing for at least one year immediately preceding event.)

NOTES: The sitting Board generally may not approve rental of the clubhouse or grounds for any year other than the current year unless the event requires long term planning such as weddings or equestrian events that need to lock in dates, clinicians or judges.

The Daily rental period is from 7am to 10pm. If extra days are requested for set-up and/or clean-up, the Board may negotiate the fee for extra days. Any changes to check in or checkout times are conditional on approval of the Board. Insurance is required for each rental period.


EXCLUSIVE USE OF ARENA AND GROUNDS:

Price includes a watered and dragged arena.
Additional services must be requested no fewer than 7 days prior to event.

  •     $300 per day/$150 half-day

  •     $25 each additional watering

  •     $25 each additional drag of arena

OVERNIGHT LIVESTOCK AND/OR CAMPING:

  •     $10 per night for each horse (owner provides feed; water available).

  •     $25 per night per trailer.

Our arena and clubhouse are available for rental to members only, equestrian clinics/events and nonprofits.

Facility rentals require NHI Board approval.
