Facility Rental

Our Arena and Clubhouse are available for rental to both members and non-members. Facility rentals do require NHI Board approval.

2016 Rental Rates

  • All Rentals Require $500 Security Deposit at Time of Board Approval
  • All Fees Are Due 15 Days After Board Approval and Prior to Event
  • $500 non-refundable if reserved date is canceled less than 90 days prior to event.



EXCLUSIVE USE OF CLUBHOUSE AND PATIO:

(Member Rates apply to Members in good standing for at least 1 year immediately preceding event.)

  Members Personal Use

    • $300 per day up to 100 guests
    • $400 per day -  100 up to 150 guests
    • $500 per day - 150 up to 200 guests maximum

  Non-Members – Members Charging Professional Fees

    • $600 per day up to 100 guests
    • $800 per day – 100 up to 150 guests
    • $1,000 per day – 150 up to 200 guests maximum

  Non-Profit or Charities (NHI Board to determine if non-profit qualifies)

    • Member Rates Apply if Approved by the Board of Directors

  Regular Meetings for Outside Organizations

    • $75 per meeting

(Recurring meetings scheduled as a package; $150 security deposit per package.)

NOTES: The sitting board cannot donate the club or grounds for charitable purposes for any year following the current board’s term.

Rental Period is from noon to noon to allow for setup and cleanup. Any changes to check in or out times are conditional on Approval of the Board. Insurance required for each rental period.




EXCLUSIVE USE OF ARENA AND GROUNDS:


    Price includes a watered and dragged arena.
    Additional services must be requested no less than 7 days prior to event.

    $300 per day/$150 half-day

    $25 each additional watering

    $25 each additional drag of arena

OVERNIGHT LIVESTOCK AND/OR CAMPING:

    $10 per night for each horse (owner provides feed; water available).

    $25 per night per trailer.




Clubhouse Procedures and Guidelines

  1. Leave building in same condition as found.
  2. Clean kitchen (see kitchen rules).
  3. No tables or chairs against the walls.
  4. Decorations as outlined in rental packet only.
  5. Leave rugs in front of all outside doorways.
  6. Leave bathrooms clean.
  7. Tables and chairs returned to storage area.
  8. Cloth chairs are not to be removed from the interior of the clubhouse.
  9. If fireplace is used, make sure fire is left safely out.
  10. Check appliances - do not leave turned on.
  11. A liquor license is required and no minors are to be served or allowed to serve alcohol.

Kitchen Procedures and Guidelines

  1. Use of kitchen must be pre-approved by NHI Board of Directors.
  2. Kitchen must be cleaned immediately after each use, unless other arrangements have been made, i.e. cleaning the following day.
  3. All items used must be clean and returned to their proper storage space.
  4. Garbage and recycle will be disposed of separately. All garbage needs to be removed from building and placed in proper containers (dumpster or recycle) after each function.
  5. Make sure all appliances and lights are turned off.
  6. Leave bathrooms clean.
  7. Contact a NHI Board member if you notice anything that needs repair or special attention.

Arena and Grounds Procedures and Guidelines

  1. All manure must be taken to the compost area and disposed of properly or hauled out.
  2. Garbage and recycle will be disposed of separately. All garbage needs to be removed from building and placed in proper containers (dumpster or recycle) after each function.
  3. Make sure all appliances and lights are turned off (announcer booth and sound system).
  4. Leave porta-potties / bathrooms clean.
  5. Stalls need to be returned to original condition - manure, hay, and any use of bedding removed.
  6. All appliances returned to their proper storage location – poles, barrels, cones, portable stall panels, etc.
  7. All non-members must sign a Waiver and Release of Liability form before riding on club grounds.
  8. Contact a NHI Board member if you notice anything that needs repair or special attention.
  9. A liquor license is required and no minors are to be served or allowed to serve alcohol.

Rules for All Rentals

  1. Applicant must appear personally before the board to request rental, no less than one month prior the event date.
  2. A damage and cleaning deposit of $500 must be received at the time of Board approval.
